When you have a loved one who depends on you completely, it can be overwhelming.
Asher was born with a genetic condition that made him require full-time care, and my husband and I found ourselves in a situation we never anticipated.
We were fortunate to receive nursing support from the state. However, the low wages led to a high turnover of nurses, making it difficult to find consistent care.
It became clear that home health agencies were struggling to retain quality nurses due to low wages. We realized that by providing better pay, we could attract and retain quality nurses.
This led us to consider starting our own home health nursing agency. While our initial motivation was to ensure the best care for our son, we soon realized that many other families were facing similar challenges.
Drawing from our past business experiences, we poured our efforts, resources, and many prayers into making this idea a reality.
Today, Rapha Healthcare, named after Exodus 15:26, is our way of advocating for those who need help the most and uplifting the compassionate nurses who dedicate themselves to care.
We are here to make a difference.
Let's talk and see how we can help you at every phase of life’s journey!
