2) Using better screening tools to hire our nurses to prevent any mishaps that we have experienced firsthand or heard about from many families.

3) Establishing an ongoing, vibrant feedback and communication system to better serve our patients and their families.

4) Providing attractive amenities to the nurses, such as excellent health insurance, more paid holidays and sick days, and bonuses, to retain quality nurses.

5) Remaining open to new, innovative ideas and methods at all times. We may have started small, but our focus will always be on excellence!
